Introduction

The Ogilvy Digital Marketing Academy offers enjoyable and effective training on a range of digital subjects, backed by the expertise and insight of Ogilvy.

We offer public workshops, customized training for companies who get in touch, and a private learning network jam-packed with free resources for all our alumni.

Teaching Methodology

The ODMA is very learner-centric in its approach. Didactic approaches don’t work well in digital marketing, and similarly, they don’t work well in the modern adult-learning context.

Our approach is premised on the following:

  • Project-Based: Each of our sessions is based around a project, which helps learners start applying what they learn immediately.
  • Blended: The core of our educational processes is the live classroom, but we deepen this experience by blending it with online interaction before and after the programme.
  • Entertaining:  You can’t bore an audience into learning. Our materials, classes and even tests are well designed to maximize the attention, engagement and trust.
  • Customized: no two ODMA courses will ever be the same due to the high level of participation and co-created learning. Each delegate on our programmes fills in a pre-course survey to ensure that we are pitching the material to their specific levels and needs.
  • Ongoing: After someone has attended an ODMA session, they gain access to the universe of constantly updated ODMA educational content and research via our online learning network.
